We could not be more busy, as people are traveling like crazy, and we also do school, executive, event, long distance, and medical rides. We need drivers! Please text David at 508-333-4153 for more info.

1000 Clients & Counting
Specializing in Medical and Airport, 1-5 people in Metrowest
Here we are, the middle of Spring in Greater Boston. The trees and flowers are in bloom, the Red Sox are playing, and Covid is all but gone. And folks are flying in great numbers!
We are happy to drive you and yours to Logan, or other New England airport. BUT, we prefer not to move more than four people, and not to drive before 5am or after midnight.
Prices are up, because costs have gone up, due to higher costs for cars, gas, maintenance, insurance and meals. Airport rides start at $60 (cash, from Newton to Logan, one person, sedan, with 48 hours notice).
If you are more people, further out, etc., it will cost as much as $125-$160. That is less than most livery companies. If price is your major concern, try rideshare, or Logan Express. Or a friend or relative. But as airline travel has become more expensive, you want to protect that investment, with a reliable ride. That’s where we come in.
If you have an event, or a night out, we are happy to help. But we do not have buses, vans or stretch limos. We can accommodate five people in one vehicle max.

Late Summer Update – Have Fun!
It is sad to see that the U.S. is still going through this pandemic. But, if you are traveling, it means you are taking precautions, and you feel that you have some natural (or added) immunity. That is good! Have fun!
We are working because we feel safe, with our natural immunity, and our immunizations. All of our drivers are currently vaccinated.
Your driver is happy to wear a mask in the car, at your request, but we do not require you to wear a mask. We do ask that you dispose of the mask you wore on the airplane and in the airport. We can give you a replacement.
If you are sneezing and/or coughing, please take precautions, as you normally would. Thanks.
Be safe, and have fun!
Travel Tips From David
I have traveled a lot, mostly in the past, as I am now the guy who picks people up!
However, when I did travel, I noticed that certain things can make a huge difference in my success and safety while traveling. Here are a few for your benefit.
David’s Top 5 Travel Tips
Choose a flight in the late morning vs. early am. You pay more for rides during rush hour, you are more likely to miss a flight due to traffic, and both you and your driver will have not slept enough. Starting on October 15, we will open at 5am. First pickup will be at 5:15am or later, so you should not plan on flying out before 7:15am.
Eat less and vegan while you travel. Meat and dairy and eggs have a MUCH higher chance of making you sick, today and in the future. While on travel, you do not want to be sick. So eat light. Order a vegan meal.
Pack light. If you bring a lot of luggage, you may have to pay more to check it, you may lose it, and you could even injure your back carrying it. Most people wear a fraction of the clothes they bring. Plan ahead, and pack less. You could even save money by booking us in a sedan vs. an suv. Soft duffel bags hold a lot.
Leave early. Get to the airport 1.5 to 2 hours before flight time, depending on the size of your party, amount of luggage, and ability to walk. It is not worth it to risk missing a flight. For international flights, 2.5 to 3 hours is good. Airports have lots of restaurants, resting areas, bathrooms and shops, as well as places to charge your phone.
Bring postcard stamps and buy/mail postcards as gifts. This can save you time, money, space, and avoid spoiling or disappointing people back home. Just let them know you are thinking of them, and share your experiences.
Bon voyage!
Advice For Travelers
It’s summer 2021, and more people are traveling now than I have ever seen in 15 years driving. Here is some sound advice, that you may not get from local news, Massport, the airline or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Two hours before flight time is more than enough for a domestic flight—unless you have a large party, a lot of luggage, or have issues walking. 2.5 hours for an international flight is usually fine.
- We pick up at the terminal, so you do not have to walk to central parking. But communication is key, please text us upon landing, and let us know if you have a checked bag, and we will respond with car details, meetup place.
- When leaving the car, always check for personal items, especially your cell phone. You need that!
- If you need a water, go ahead and grab it. That is what it is for.
- We are watching your return flight, but feel free to update us once, so we know it’s off schedule.
- Never eat animal foods, or drink on a plane. You need to be healthy and have your wits about you.
- Discard your mask before you get into the car, and we can give you a new one. Or go without, we are vaccinated!
You Cannot Drive!
Most of our clients use us because they would rather not, or they cannot drive, simple as that. We make it easy—we pick you up, chat with you, and take you wherever you need to go. You do not need to pay car payments, insurance, gas, tolls, maintenance, parking, etc.
Maybe you have noticed that it’s dangerous out there! We want you to be safe, and that is why we have professional drivers, in safe and reliable cars, well-equipped with GPS, PPE, and snacks!
Not sure why, but people generally do not drive well around here.
David’s Top 10 Reasons Why People Don’t Drive Well
- Everyone is in a rush
- We are all on our cell phones
- We are distracted by a fear of Covid-19, and our masks!
- We are pissed at someone, fueling our speed and disdain for others
- Our cars are not well maintained
- The roads are in bad shape
- The average age of drivers has gone up
- Driver’s Ed sucks!
- People are inconsiderate—signal BEFORE slowing down!
- We think we own the road. Stay in your lane!
Save When You Book Early
Things are quiet now. While I enjoy the free time, and being home with my cat instead of out in 7 degree weather, I wonder about how we are going to pay our mortgage. Oh well, we have good company in this continuing time of Covid, and at least we are healthy.
Here is an idea! If you have a trip coming up in February, March, April or May, you can prebook and prepay a RT ride to Logan (or other airport etc.) and enjoy at 20% discount. If the trip needs to be canceled for any reason, we will refund your money, provided it is not within 24 hours.
Text or call David to book at 508-333-4153.
Thanks and be well…
